Allo ! J'aimerais avoir l'avis d'expert en la matière ! Je suis propriétaire d'une porsche boxster 2005 depuis 1an½ et j'ai un petit problème de démarrage ! Bref, quand je mets le contact, oui tout l'ectronique marche mais lorsque je veux starter le char, ya rien qui se produit, faut jle fasse 5 fois avant que je puisse le starter ! Et justement quand je mets la clé dans le contact au fond pour le starter, ca marque depress cloch ?? fack je joue avec ma cluch pendant presque 3 min pis un moment ca start ?? Quest ce qui peut faire ca ?...

Sous la pédale de clutch il y a une switch qui s'active lorsque la pédale est enfoncée. Si la switch à un mauvais contact ca va empêcher ton auto de démarrer.

La question à 100$ c'est combiens Porsche vont te vendre une switch que tu pourrais probablement acheter chez mastervox pour 0.99$!

Donc, un mécanicien qui si connait bien devrait être capable de vérifier si ya un problème avec cette switch la ou faudrait que jme rendre vraiment dans un concessionnaire prosche ?...

Y'a aussi la solution de by-passer ladite switch (comme undémarreur à distance fait par exemple), par contre, si tu start pendant que tu es embrayé et que tu n'a pas pesé sur la clutch, watch out à ce qu'il y a devant toi.

Un mécano avec le moindrement de connaissance devrait être en mesure d'arranger ça (toujours si c'est ça le trouble).
Je ne suis pas mécano, Probe non plus et fort probablement qu'autant l'un que l'autre on pourrait arranger ça nous-même.
Une pin-switch, ça reste une pin-switch, qu'elle soit dans une Lada, un GM ou une Porsche.

There are three pedal switches on the Boxster, two on the clutch pedal and one on the brakes. The brake and clutch pedal switches get a lot of use, and they all have a tendency to fail once and a while. Replacement is really easy, and should take only about 30 minutes.

For the brake switch, the first step is to verify that your brake lamps are not working. If you're by yourself, then wait until nighttime and back up against a brick wall. You should see the reflection off of the wall when you step on the brakes - if you don't, then your switch is probably shot. It's important to note that the switch has redundancy built-in and the warning system should tell you when your switch is failing, but this doesn't always work.

The clutch pedal has two switches, although I'm not quite sure why. One switch controls the cruise control (turns it off when you push in the clutch), and the other won't let you start the car without the clutch pedal pushed in. If you're having intermittent starting problems with your car, I would look at this switch first.

Curious, but the cruise control switch is identical to the brake pedal switch except that the cruise control switch is red, and the brake pedal switch is a translucent brown. Both switches have three of the same the same part numbers printed on them.

The switches are relatively easy to access, as they are located right above the pedals. You will have to open the passenger door and then stick your head into the foot well to see them. Replacement is easy: simply unplug the harness from the end and then twist to remove the switch. If you need to manhandle and/or break the switch to remove it, that's perfectly okay, since you will be replacing it with a new one very soon anyways. The clutch pedal switch that prevents the car from starting is a standard microswitch mounted with screws.

To finish the job, simply install the new switch into place, and reconnect the wire harness. Test the brake lights to make sure that they are working properly, and then reinstall the knee panel.

Possibilité d'un mauvais starter... la bonne vieille méthode qui il refuse d'engager est de le cogner une couple de coups pour le décoller ... et là il a plus de chances de partir!

C'est pas pentoute ça le problème, vos même pas la peine d'essayer.

Parfais, ca me donne une tite idée!! Le beau arrive et j'aimerais bien que ce pti problème là soit résolue avant dla mettre sur la route ! Merci !!
